Welcome to my site! Thank you for beginning your home search with me. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2014, commencing with my License in Community Association Management (2015), and then earning my Georgia Real Estate Sales Persons License in 2016. The forward movement into Real Estate began out of requests for assistance with my known Association ‘connections’ for potential Buyers and Sellers. Out of a desire to help my Association customers, a new career was born.

My family and I are long-time residents of Oconee County. My husband, Jim Alexander, and I, have been involved in both civic and non-profit organizations since moving to Watkinsville in the late 1980’s. My, now grown children, were graduates of Oconee County High School and the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!)

I am also a huge advocate for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life. I am a member of a Relay For Life team which has been going strong for over 20 years. In the past several years, the Team has averaged approximately $30,000 per year for the American Cancer Society. I was additionally, previously employed by the American Cancer Society in a fundraising and event planning capacity with my events and communities reaching or exceeding their monetary and participation goals. Another of my passions is tennis. If I can round up enough players, you can expect to find me playing competitively, or just for fun, on any of the numerous tennis courts in Oconee or Clarke County.

Due to my past experience in Association Management, I have working, practical knowledge of Homeowner or Condominium Association governing documents, and can help with translating those Covenants and Bylaws to determine if a neighborhood would be the right fit for your lifestyle and expectations.
